We had a plumber come out to install it, so I can't comment on the ease of installation, but it came with all the parts that were required.

Cons:
-Water level somewhat difficult to control
-Only one type of spray (no jet-type setting)

Overall, I love it and would order it again.

I haven't installed this item yet but can't wait. It is beautiful and very classy looking. It does look like a sculpture and it is going to be the "jewel" in my renovated kitchen. Love it and have asked contractor friends and they say they are a good brand. Can't wait to use it (really just want to "look" at it.
